Mode 13 apps...

• don't gather any information about you, your location, or any other data that might be on your device.
• don't connect to the Internet at all.
• don't write logs anywhere. The only thing they write is the save file that allows you to continue your game, and the only information in that file is your current score and what level you were on.

Mode 13 site...

• doesn't use cookies.
• doesn't use local or session storage.
• doesn't try to track your location.

TLDR; We don't know anything about you, and that's by design.
